A Little Bit of Lace
Today’s featured item on the Faintly Familiar “Look Book” is an item sharing a lace detail that is right on trend with all of the lace trimmings of the season! Even on the runways for spring 2020 there are so many different designs that include some kind of lace detailing.
Personally, I have always been a fan of any kind of collar, but especially the Peter Pan collar! This top that I found from Shein combines a fun and classic trend with the collar detail that I love.
This particular top will be great for the autumn season, too! The collar will be perfect as a base layer underneath a sweater, especially to have the lace collar peaking out from beneath. However, it is still good on its own, and it can be dressed up or down.
There is also a little bit of a classic element to this look as well. I really like the key hole being a detail featured in the front so it can really bring together the Peter Pan collar. So, yet another reason this top is so versatile!
