Iced Coffee at Home

We are all on some type of struggle bus these days considering the current world pandemic we are all in and the need to stay home. There are certain things that we all miss out on and for me that thing was getting coffee. I started my coffee journey as a college student (so, fall 2017) and ever since then I have occasionally grabbed a “pick me up” cup of coffee at Starbucks when I needed an energy boost.

Well, ever since classes have moved to online, I have not been able to continue the habit. However, there is a solution to this problem and I am here to share with you all how I have continued to enjoy ice coffee from home without a ice coffee machine!

BEHOLD! Ice coffee in a carton! Finding and trying this home ice coffee has been a fun adventure and way of spicing up my days at home. You see, now that we are eight, going on nine, weeks into this shelter in place order, my days seem to have all melded together and have become mundane sometimes. However, little interesting experiments like with this ice coffee has been one way that I have been able to shake things up a little bit.

Typically I like to drink the Prairie Farms brand, however, since the stores seem to have a few items missing I decided to give International Delight a chance. Both are good just have some minor differences like International Delight is more watered down. There is more flavor with Prairie Farms, but like I said both are good.

Although the spring semester ends this week, I am sure even when in-person classes begin again I will still drink this at home iced coffee. Plus, it will definitely save me money!

Much Love,

Sarah
