Sketches of Princess Diana’s Iconic Dresses

Today, as promised, I will be sharing the numerous sketches that were at the Princess Diana dress exhibit at Kensington Palace! This was particularly fun for me to see in person because the detailing on the sketches were incredible! Some of the Princess of Wales’ most iconic ensemble were shown in sketch form at this exhibit along with bits of the fabric from the looks. Those are all of the photos I have of the sketches shown at the Princess Diana dress exhibit. Although this post was short in comparison to the much longer one I published yesterday with all of the actual dresses, I thought the sketches at the exhibit deserved its own little moment in the spotlight. In many ways the art of sketching out the designs is just as special as creating the dresses and different ensembles. Hope you enjoyed this special highlight!
