Brioni Fall 2019

It would seem a new kind of men’s fashion is going to make a big run in 2019. This new style includes the fall color pallet I suggested for men back last fall! It also appears that a lot of the styles we will be seeing men wear in 2019 is inspired by Jeff Goldblum’s somewhat eccentric fashion. It’s evident in the thick rimmed glasses and slightly oversized suits that are making an appearance within the Brioni fall 2019 collection.

Altogether, this is definitely a Faintly Familiar and Sarah Sigmon approved style! I love when designers take simple styles or colors and put them together with a fun texture. The one we see here with Brioni is crushed velvet. In my onion, the bowtie is the perfect accessory with the suits in the collection.

I’m also seeing a lot of laying not just within this collection, but within multiple runways for men’s fall fashion this year. The more relaxed fit of these outfits are very Sarah approved! I also really love just taking a step back and letting the fabric do the talking instead of always having loud colors in the mix.

The moral of the story is this: look for interesting textures in men’s fashion this year, lots of layering for both men and women, lots of basic colors to offset something that can pop in the ensemble, and accessories are king.

Much Love,

Sarah
