2019’s Biggest Spring & Summer Sunglasses Trend

Here on Faintly Familiar, I like to keep all of my lovely readers up-to-date on all of the latest trends in fashion. Faintly Familiar is os far ahead of the trends that the neon trend that is taking over the spring 2019 street style was featured on here last fall! Today, I am here to share yet another fashion trend that will sweep the styles of spring and summer 2019!

Mirror sunglasses are seeing a resurgence into this spring and summer’s fashion trends! Last year we saw sunglasses take on many different shapes and sizes, and while that is always going to be a small trend in sunglasses what really matters this year are the lenses. I for one love this particular trend because I just think that mirror sunglasses look so cool and they are the perfect way to add a futuristic vibe to your overall look. Mirror lenses even made it on my spring 2019 list of “A Few of My Favorite Things”!

Now there are many different frame styles that look awesome with mirror lenses. I am going to share a few of the different shapes that I especially love and I think you would get the most use out of:

1.) Cat eye is such a classic shape there is no way that they would not make this list! With the mirror lenses combined with the cool shape they get even better! I found a really cool pair here that I would advise giving a try if you are interested in participating in this particular fashion trend for spring and summer.

2.) For a more retro and bohemian look I would suggest sporting some seriously cool circle frame mirror sunglasses. I do not own a pair of circular sunglasses myself because my heart shaped face doesn’t look the best with them, but all face shapes are different and if you are looking for something unique this might be the way to go. 3.) Last but not least, the classic aviator shape is an absolute must have for everyone wardrobe! Add mirror lenses with this frame shape and you have yourself quite the chic and timeless look! I myself do, in fact, own a pair of these sunglasses with this style of frame and I like them very much. Here is a cute pair for you, if you are interested.
