What I Wore for the 4th of July 2019

It was a very eventful 4th of July for my family and I! More on what we did all day will be coming later this week, but today I am sharing what I wore for this very special holiday.

I have been loving button up tank tops this summer and this style came in especially handy since the 4th of July was extraordinarily hot the year. This festive button up tank top was a lucky find from Kohl’s. I love how subtle the star print is on this blouse, and the shade of blue is very perfect for this particular patriotic holiday.

To style this outfit I worn a classic pair of blue denim shorts and (since I was walking in a 4th of July parade that day) my favorite white Nike sneakers. After walking in the parade, I switched over to Birkenstocks for a cooler shoe option.

Overall, this was a very casual 4th of July outfit, but it worked for everything that I did that day. This button up tank top was a great choice for this extremely hot summer day! The entire outfit kept me cute and cool for all of the celebrations!
