The Ponytail Beanie
Where I live, we have already has two pretty decent snows and the temperature has dropped below freezing. Naturally this means that it is time to break out all of the winter gear we have despite it still being technically the fall season. However, with all of the basics being covered, there still needs to be some innovation in your seasonal wardrobe once in a while. Enter, the ponytail beanie.
Last winter I saw this style of beanie here and there, but it was quite the trend that it is this season. The nice part about having a ponytail beanie is that it keeps your hair from getting tangled in your scarf or the hood of your jacket. See, I told you innovation was fun!
Not to mention, the ponytail beanie is a rather nice departure from a fur ball or no ball at the end of a beanie. Your hair doesn’t have to just be in a ponytail to wear this hat, though! You can style your hair with a bun and it would look just as cute!
As a college student, I spend a lot of time walking on my campus in the great outdoors. So, a hat like this one not only makes a great accessory but it also make my life a lot easier and warmer. However, I would recommend wearing a scarf with a ponytail beanie because the lack of hair around the neck does make that area a bit colder, but otherwise I love my ponytail beanie! If you are interested in some winter wardrobe innovation, check out some of the styles I found linked below!
Much Love,
