Leaves and Ruffled Sleeves
This olive green top is one of my favorites to wear during this particular time of year for many reasons. First, the ruffle sleeves are so much fun to pair with vests or just to wear on their own without a jacket. Second, the print on this top reminds me of the gorgeous falling leaves.
Don’t ask me why, but fall is always the time of year when my style takes a little more of a country chic turn. You can tell by the way I choose to wear bootcut jeans a little more, and western inspired ankle boots. Actually, the boots I am wearing here have quickly become my go-to pair for many outfits. I wore these with the ensemble in my first ever post here on Faintly Familiar!
Anyway, the color pallet for this entire look screams rustic chic. The tiered ruffles on the sleeves add that extra bit of fun to this look, and the flair on the bootcut jeans perfectly complement these ruffles. Also, can I just say how easy the top is to style, too? Because of the neutral tones sprinkled in the print, I am able to pair it with any kind of pants, jewelry, and shoes I would like!
So if you see me hanging out in the leaves, you might see this top, too!
Much Love,
Sarah
