Why Duck Boots are a Winter Wardrobe Essential
I am not over exaggerating when I say this, if you don’t have a pair of duck boots already you have got to go get a pair today! They are so perfect for casual outfits in the wintertime, and no matter what the weather is they will get you through it! These boots even made it on my “A Few of My Favorite Things” list for winter 2018/19!
Duck boots have gotten me through the sludge of fading away snow and puddles of rain. There is no other pair of shoes that are more reliable this time of year. Sometimes I see ladies where rain boots in the snow and just thinking about how cold their feet must be is physically painful. That is why I am stressing the importance having a pair of duck boots in your closet.
There are so many cute ways to wear them, but as you can see above a warm sherpa pullover some leggings are a perfect cozy look! Another fun little way to spruce up any outfit is by having a colorful pair of socks peeking up over the top of the duck boots. Hopefully by this point I have convinced you to give these boots a try (you won’t regret it). They really are essential to surviving the winter weather, trust me I am a college student who walks miles and miles everyday across campus from class-to-class.

I have a pair of sperry ones! I love wearing this when it’s raining or like you when the snow is melting! As long as don’t wear them on any type of slippery surface you’re good trust me! Lol

That is so true! They are ideal in the rain! Also, I love the Sperry duck boots style. I see some people wearing them sometimes and I just think they are so pretty!
