Neil Barrett Fall 2019 for Men

All photos in this post are from Vogue and can be found on their website here.

Although Neil Barrett isn’t the household name that Calvin Klein or Ralph Lauren is, I believe someday he will be. The collection he showed for men’s fall fashion 2019 was stunning. Earlier I discussed how men’s fashion this year will be a lot about including basic colors to really make one aspect of the outfit stand out. This collection supports this whole belief.

This collection really makes the print/picture of what I can only assume is Tokyo stand out. I love how this whole runway combines elements of something classic with futuristic details. The colorful vibes from the collection is also another element from these deigns that are pretty rare in men’s fashion and I feel like is often a lost art.

Once again see how styling these pieces are some of the most important elements to the whole runway. The sneakers, clear jackets, and Matrix movie style sunglasses are all like a puzzle. Each accessory acts as a sort piece to this puzzle. They all create a really cool vibe, one that is very much about the technology age. So much of the inspiration from these looks come from what you would see in a movie about a futuristic society.

Altogether, I approve of this runway and the whole collection. This was different than a lot of the other collections we saw for men’s fall fashion in 2019. If you are a forward thinking kind of fashion person, definitely give the Neil Barrett runway a look!

Much Love,

Sarah
