As I get older, the holidays that mean the most to me are less about receiving gifts and more about the people you surround yourself with. Six-year-old Sarah might have told you that her favorite holiday was Christmas or even her birthday. 4th of July 2018
It was one jam-packed fourth of July for my family and I this year! This was the third year in a row that I have walked in the fourth of July parade in Oakwood, Illinois. This year was extra special because it was the first time my Mom and I have had the opportunity to walk alongside our fellow Governor Bradford NSDAR members! Some of the Governor Bradford Chapter NSDAR members getting ready for the parade! We handed out little United States flags to the kids along the parade route.
