A Little Bit of Lace
Today’s featured item on the Faintly Familiar “Look Book” is an item sharing a lace detail that is right on trend with all of the lace trimmings of the season! Even on the runways for spring 2020 there are so many different designs that include some kind of lace detailing. Etro Fall 2019 Ready-to-Wear Collection
A new take on a classic preppy style is the feeling I get from the brand new Etro fall 2019 collection. This runway particularly stood out to me because of how different it was in tone. A Classic Winter Look Although I don’t advise going into the cold without a…

University of Illinois Alumni Luncheon 2018
Last week I had the privilege to mix and mingle with some of the amazing alumni from the University of Illinois. As a Sophomore, it was a honor for me to be nominated and invited to the 2018 University of Illinois Homecoming Comeback Lunch as a representative of the College of Media! I was so shocked to learn that I was even nominated and excited to have accepted the invitation to the luncheon. This was the opportunity of a lifetime, and I could not be more grateful. Me with former NASA astronaut and University of Illinois alumni Scott Altman. Almost all of the College of Media representatives are pictured in this photo with…
