If there is anything I love as much as watching a classic film, it’s wearing clothes inspired by the silver screen era! I found this chic floral top in the clearance section at Kohl’s for only $9! Neon Stripes
If I had to pick a top five or ten favorite colors, neon green would be somewhere in that group! Unlike its neighboring colors, like construction worker yellow, neon green as a color steers clear of tacky and navigates more towards fun. The navy blue stripe really balance out the bright green in this top.
