The Must Have Accessory for Spring 2020

Celine Spring 2020
There have been many runways this Fashion Month that have served up some retro inspiration, however, I would say that this Celine spring 2020 collection is the most retro driven. Along with the blast from the past, Celine also seems to take a distinctly street style path with this entire collection and refrains from going towards any couture looks. All of this adds up to a very interesting runway, and one that definitely deserves a little dissecting. Overall, I would say that Celine is overwhelmingly pushing the 70s vibes with this collection. Miu Miu Spring 2020
Although the entire focus of Fashion Month has been on spring fashion, I feel like this Miu Miu runways has a lot of fall and winter vibes to it. As soon as I saw this collection I knew this would make its way onto a Runway Review! Miu Miu created a collection of interesting mixes, but most importantly influential elements. Something I noticed Miu Miu did with these designs was transition double breasted coat dresses into a springtime look. If there is one takeaway from this entire Fashion Month, it is that retro is going to be the flavor of spring 2020! In last week’s Look Book post “80s Inspiration & Structured Sleeves“, I keyed in on this fashion concept. Prada Spring 2020
Prada has a very interesting take on what spring 2020 fashion will look like. While skipping all of the pastels and florals, Prada decided to do things in a retro style. This spring collection reminds me very much of the 1930s and what you would have seen back in that era (which happens to be one of my favorite times for fashion). Coach 1941 Spring 2020
There are always a few solid runways that I always look forward to knowing they will not disappoint. Coach is one of those runways. It seems like every seasons they consistently are able to both surprise and reassure me in the essence of their brand. For the spring 2020 Coach collection there was a ton of leather on display! Carolina Herrera Spring 2020
It is officially Fashion Month! Which means there will be plenty of brand new and exciting Runway Reviews coming your way! Today I want to review one of the first collections to really catch my eye, and one that I do not believe has received the kind of attention it deserves. The Carolina Herrera collection for spring 2020 plays on all of the right notes of spring, but without all of the clichés. Dior Spring 2020 for Men
The final collection from the spring 2020 men’s runways that I will be reviewing is the Dior runway. Although I am disappointed that Dior did not stray from the typical pastels of the springtime, I do like that there were some textures and designs added to these looks. For instance, the shoes for this collection had a very gummy like texture and look to them that really amplified the overall neutral color tone of the runway. I also enjoyed that once in a while a bright color made a special appearance on the Dior runway. This bright shade especially stood out against the white and pastels that dominated. Another element…

Happy to “Bee” Here
Nothing can truly beat a classic white t-shirt or polo. When you combine those two elements with a simple bee pattern, sky is the limit with how you can style it!
